                SPACE FEE: $30.00 (Non-refundable) for each 4’ x 10’ space

                    For your convenience, lunch and snacks will be available for purchase most of the day.

 

                   Crafters and vendors should bring their tax ID number. If you need to apply for a tax ID number, visit:

                    When reserving your spaces(s), please be sure to include: 

          1) A signed application, due by October 31, 2008. Please note that company
                exclusivity
is offered to independent consultants on a first-come, first-served basis. 

2)      Your check made payable to the First Presbyterian Church. 

3)      A photo of your merchandise (crafters only) 

4)      A stamped, self-addressed envelope if receipt of payment is desired
